What are the withdrawal limits?

|| We currently do not have any withdrawal limits on accounts except for XRP (Ripple), which is 20 XRP - each XRP wallet requires at least 20 XRP balance, and we have no way of knowing how much the wallet has, thus, we require a minimum of 20 XRP per withdrawal.

It is also worth noting that we keep 98% of our total funds in a secure offline storage (cold); If you are making a withdrawal and you notice it's in "Pending" status for longer than usual, then it could mean that the balance in the hot server is not enough to process your withdrawal and will take up to 12 hours max (usually 1-3 hours) to refill and complete the withdrawal. Why is my withdrawal pending?

When you make a withdrawal request, there are a number of security measures we take to make sure you are the one making the withdrawal and all balances match across our system. Once these checks are done, withdrawals that don't go over the small amount of funds we keep on the website (hot balance), are processed and sent.

How long does it take?

If you have a withdrawal request that goes over our hot balance, it usually goes into processing in less than 12 hours as we manually need to move funds from our secure, offline storage (cold storage).

|| Depending on the currency that is being withdrawn, it is possible that it will take longer than 24 hours as we need to first be online to see the request, manually send from our cold storage and wait until that transaction is confirmed on the network before sending it out.

How do I verify my account?

Account verification is only required for Euro deposit and withdrawal. Here are the steps to verify your account:

Click on your profile from the top-right corner of your dashboard and select My Account. It will take you to this page: https://coinfalcon.com/settings/profile - Click Verify

Simply follow the easy instructions in uploading your documents and your account will be verified within 24 hours.

Having trouble getting approved? Here are some tips:

Take the selfie photo/video in a well-lit room.
Make sure there's not a typo error in your personal information (e.g. First & Last name, etc.)
Your identity document should be clear and readable - scan or take a clear picture of your document or ID.

How to setup Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

To setup Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account, login to your account. Click your profile on the top right corner of the page, and select Security.
Click "Enable" button where it says Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is disabled.
Download the Authenticator App for your mobile device if you don't have one yet.
Once you have downloaded the app, install it with the default permissions and select setup a new account.
Scan the QR code provided or enter the code and your 2-FA account is created.
Now, enter the code shown on your device to enable the 2-Factor Authentication
The final step is to check your email and click on Enable Two Factor Authentication. You will be directed to the site and your backup codes will pop-up. Make sure to save a copy of these backup codes as you will need them if you lose your access to the device where the 2-FA app is installed. You may use each backup code only ONCE.

How do I deposit Euro?

How do I deposit cryptocurrency?

Assuming you have successfully created an account with us, the next step is to deposit a form of currency that is accepted.

||| For cryptocurrencies with a Deposit Tag (e.g. Ripple, GreenPower, EOS), it's important to use the Deposit Tag when sending the funds to CoinFalcon. Deposit transaction with the incorrect deposit tag/memo OR without the deposit tag/memo will result in permanent loss of funds.

||| You should only use your IOTA deposit address once; otherwise, it will result in permanent loss of funds. You will get a new address assigned once your previous transaction is confirmed.
