How do I verify my account?
Account verification is only required for Euro deposit and withdrawal. Here are the steps to verify your account:
Click on your profile from the top-right corner of your dashboard and select My Account. It will take you to this page: https://coinfalcon.com/settings/profile - Click Verify
Simply follow the easy instructions in uploading your documents and your account will be verified within 24 hours.
Having trouble getting approved? Here are some tips:
Take the selfie photo/video in a well-lit room.
Make sure there's not a typo error in your personal information (e.g. First & Last name, etc.)
Your identity document should be clear and readable - scan or take a clear picture of your document or ID.
