What are the withdrawal limits?
We currently do not have any withdrawal limits on accounts except for XRP (Ripple), which is 20 XRP - each XRP wallet requires at least 20 XRP balance, and we have no way of knowing how much the wallet has, thus, we require a minimum of 20 XRP per withdrawal.
It is also worth noting that we keep 98% of our total funds in a secure offline storage (cold); If you are making a withdrawal and you notice it's in "Pending" status for longer than usual, then it could mean that the balance in the hot server is not enough to process your withdrawal and will take up to 12 hours max (usually 1-3 hours) to refill and complete the withdrawal.
