Why is my withdrawal processing?
Once your withdrawal request has gone through it's pending state, it moves into processing. Processing means we have sent your funds to the address you provided and it is waiting for network confirmation. How long does it take? Withdrawals in processing, can't be cancelled nor can we do anything to speed it up, it is completely dependent on the speed of the currency's network. What are the withdrawal limits?
We currently do not have any withdrawal limits on accounts. The only limit is the amount of funds we keep on the website (hot balance) thus, if you are making a large withdraw and it is in a pending state, that is why. You can learn more about pending withdrawals here.
How do I withdraw Euro?
To withdraw Euro, you'll be required to verify your account. Please check this article that explains how you can verify your account in less than 5 minutes. The withdrawal fee is 1 Euro per withdrawal transaction It approximately takes 1-3 business days for the funds to reach your bank account. We don't support withdrawals to shared IBANs or third-party services Please refer to the steps below:
How do I cancel a withdrawal request?
If your withdraw is still in a pending status, you may click the cancel button to stop the withdraw. Keep in mind, once your withdrawal request is in processing, we can't cancel it as we have already sent it out to the address you provided and it is in the currency's network.
Why does my withdrawal say "Check Email"?
Aside from the 2FA code that our withdrawal page requires when making a withdrawal (if you didn't enable 2FA, please check this article on how to enable it), we also send out a withdrawal confirmation email an added security feature. Check the email associated with your CoinFalcon account and look for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: "Confirm withdrawal request"
