Why is my withdrawal pending?
When you make a withdrawal request, there are a number of security measures we take to make sure you are the one making the withdrawal and all balances match across our system. Once these checks are done, withdrawals that don't go over the small amount of funds we keep on the website (hot balance), are processed and sent.
If you have a withdrawal request that goes over our hot balance, it usually goes into processing in less than 12 hours as we manually need to move funds from our secure, offline storage (cold storage).
Depending on the currency that is being withdrawn, it is possible that it will take longer than 24 hours as we need to first be online to see the request, manually send from our cold storage and wait until that transaction is confirmed on the network before sending it out.
