Aside from the 2FA code that our withdrawal page requires when making a withdrawal (if you didn't enable 2FA, please check this article on how to enable it), we also send out a withdrawal confirmation email an added security feature.

Check the email associated with your CoinFalcon account and look for an email from support@coinfalcon.com with the subject: "Confirm withdrawal request"

If you can't find the withdrawal confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. If you are unable to find it from any of the folders mentioned, you may cancel the withdrawal and re-do it.

Once you've confirmed the withdrawal, it will then be set to "Pending".
