How do I add a credit/debit card?
Funds deposited via credit/debit card are added instantly; however, please note that purchasing cryptocurrency using a credit or debit card requires the card to support 3D secure.
How will you know if your credit or debit card supports 3D secure? You may want to reach out to your credit or debit card provider. You may also try to add your card to your CoinFalcon account - if it does not go through, it only means we either do not support your credit/debit card because of its lack of 3D secure support, or due to your region.
Here's how you can add a credit/debit card to your CoinFalcon account:
NOTE: There will be a 1€ authorization charge to your card for verification purposes, which will be refunded automatically in less than 5 minutes.
Click your profile on the top right of the screen and select "My Account".
Click "Bank & Cards" from the left-side menu.
Click "Add Payment Method".
Click "Credit/Debit card" and fill out your card information. Simply click the "Add new card" button once done to save.
