What happens if I deposit the wrong currency?

We charge 20€ for recovering cryptocurrency sent to a wrong currency address, which will be deducted from the funds that our devs will recover for you. This process is done manually, and we can't guarantee that we are able to recover your funds.

NOTE: We are unable to recover Bitcoin Cash (BCH) that is sent to a Bitcoin (BTC) address as BCH doesn't support Segwit.
